Shipping within the United States

• Free shipping on orders over $75.
• $7.50 flat rate on orders below $75.
• Dispatch time: orders leave our St. Petersburg, Florida boutique within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, by US carrier.
• Tracking: a tracking link is emailed to you when your parcel leaves us.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email [email protected] and we will let you know what is possible.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be accepted, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and free of perfume, make-up or smoke odour.
• Returned with the original tags attached.
• Sent back in protective packaging, ideally the packaging they arrived in.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the item you would like to send back. We will reply with return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

Because we buy in small quantities, the fastest way to exchange a size is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange, email us and we will check stock for you.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund including shipping.

Sale items

Reduced items follow the same 30-day return window unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

In-store returns

You are welcome to return online orders in person at 2448 Central Ave, St Petersburg, FL 33712 during opening hours — Monday to Wednesday 10:00–18:00, Thursday to Saturday 10:00–19:00, Sunday 12:00–17:00.
