Prices and currency

All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable, and exclude any duties outside the United States. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. Because we buy in small quantities, we may occasionally be unable to fulfil an item; if that happens we will contact you and refund or substitute as agreed. We may decline an order where we suspect fraud or an error in pricing or availability.

Payment

Payment is taken through our secure payment providers. Card details are handled by them and are never stored on this website.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping timelines, costs and the returns process are set out in our shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: free US shipping over $75 and $7.50 flat rate below that, delivery usually 2–5 business days after dispatch, and returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

All content on this site — text, photographs, layout, logo and design — belongs to PIECES OF A DREAM GIFTS, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not copy our content or images for another store or marketplace.

Limitation of liability
